Rose Drummond is the founder of Blessing Baby Care and a Certified Newborn Care Specialist (CNCS). Since 2022, she has provided professional newborn care to families across Canada and the United States.
Known for her calm presence, compassion, patience and professionalism, Rose provides personalized, family-centred care that helps parents feel supported, confident and well-rested.
Rose also brings more than 30 years of customer service experience. This background has strengthened her communication, organization, discretion and ability to remain calm while responding thoughtfully to each family’s individual needs.

Certified Newborn Care Specialist
Professionally trained in newborn care, feeding routines, soothing techniques, hygiene, sleep foundations, and parent education.
Infant CPR & First Aid
Certified in Standard First Aid and CPR Level C, including infant CPR and AED training.
Trained through Cribs for Kids in evidence-informed infant safe-sleep practices and parent education.

Rose believes that excellent newborn care requires continuous learning. She is currently completing Postpartum Doula and Lactation and Breastfeeding Counselor programs through the International Doula Institute.
